Hon. Councilor Ricardo 'RJ' Belmonte sponsored 'Gupitang Barangay' in Barangay Mariblo which was held last June 4, 2011. The Barangay Mariblo Council and Staff together with the Gay Alliance for R.J. Belmonte (GARB) were there to assists and participate.
